Appointments & Walk-ins
- Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome when available.
- Cancellation Policy : We are currently not requiring a deposit nor a credit card on file for cancellations but please be considerate and give us 6 hours notice.
- Late Arrival Policy : We will give a grace period of 15 minutes but any later than that, we will have to cut down on your treatment time for the same price OR charge 50% and forfeit the appointment.
No-Show Policy: please notify us if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
- After the 1st No-Show: we cannot guarantee the technician/service you requested, and there may be a wait as we prioritize other clients.
- After the 2nd No-Show: a deposit of 50% of the total service will be required for future bookings, or you may choose to walk in only.
Refusal Policy : We reserve the right to refuse service if encounters become rude or threatening, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
Scalp conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
Recent head, neck, or spinal injuries
Allergies to essential oils, hair products, or steam
Pregnancy
Skin sensitivities or open wounds
Others
The nature of the service and voluntarily assume all risks related to it, including minor skin or scalp reactions, dizziness, or discomfort.

Before your appointment, please inform us if any of the following apply to you:
Use of retinoids, Accutane, or topical acne medications
Recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments
Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or sunburn
Open wounds, rashes, or skin infections in the treatment area
Recent tanning or sun exposure
Pregnancy or breastfeeding (certain areas may be more sensitive)
While waxing is generally safe, there is a possibility of temporary redness, irritation, ingrown hairs, sensitivity, or minor skin lifting. These side effects are usually mild and resolve within a few hours to days.
* For Manicure and Pedicure
To maintain a hygienic environment and ensure your safety, please inform us if you are experiencing or have a history of:
Fungal infections (hands or feet)
Warts, open wounds, or broken skin in the treatment area
Diabetes or circulatory issues
Recent surgery on hands, feet, or nails
Nail disorders or abnormalities
Allergies to nail products (e.g., acetone, gels, adhesives)
Although rare, some clients may experience temporary irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions to certain nail products.
If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before receiving treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if your condition poses a risk.
By booking any appointment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service and voluntarily assume all risks related to them. Oceania Nails Spa is not liable for any adverse effects that may occur during or after the treatment.
Payments
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- No refunds on services already provided.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Personal Belongings
- Please keep your phones and valuables with you at all times.
- The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Sanitation & Safety
- All tools are disinfected and sanitized after each client.
- If you have any nail fungus, infections, or open wounds, we may decline service for health and safety reasons.
- Please inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
Photos & Social Media
- We may take photos of nail designs (with your permission) or your experience at the spa to share on our social media pages.
- You’re welcome to take photos and tag us online!
